Return Process

  Place the unworn watch strap in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new selection within 3-5 business days.
